About Me…

Hi, my name is Rachel Larlee. My feet are firmly planted here in Dallas, Texas with my husband and three boys, but my roots reach across the pond to England. I’m a Mixed Media Artist as well as being an educator, busy mum and wife. When I was pregnant with my eldest son, I started using a sewing machine and it became an instant passion of mine that has organically evolved into Rachel Larlee Creates.

You will see lots of florals inspired by the many cups and saucers I brought from home and continue to collect. I am passionate about the therapeutic and mindfulness of stitching and love to bring my pre-school educational expertise to adults. Art has been a huge healer for me and a way to process emotions, grief and difficult events which is how I am able to coach others to find their own way to express emotions and find their healing path.

My hope as an artist is that when customers place my artwork on a shelf or a wall in their home, that it would have the potential to encourage, inspire, comfort, motivate and tenderly speak to their innermost being.
